WHY ORDER A CUSTOM DESIGN?

We promise to create a custom design that is unique to your personality.  Placing an order with us also allows you to customize a design with the exact colors and wording you desire and gives your stationary a personal touch to your special event. We also allow as many proofs as you need in order to be 100% happy with your final design. We work directly with our customers to ensure that they are happy with their product, rather than ordering a generic design from a corporate website. 


SHOULD I PAY FOR PRINTING OR ACCESSORIES?

While it is certainly not a requirement when ordering a custom design, we highly recommend taking advantage of our printing services and accessory items that we offer. Printing can be a complicated process and often times does not turn out as desired when attempting to DIY. If printing costs are not in your budget, please notify us when placing your order so that we can send you the correct files and offer a few tips when printing your stationary. Accessory items also compliment the design nicely and give your package an extra touch that your guests will be sure to love. You can find a list of accessories that we offer here!

WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY ORDER TO BE COMPLETE?

We firmly believe in taking the time to create a custom order to match each client’s personality and vision, which makes the details of each order unique. We highly suggest you place your order AT LEAST 1 month (2 months for weddings and other large orders) before your deadline or date of event to allow for any problems or changes that may arise. Once we have received your final approval for all pieces included in your order, we will provide you with a completion date for when you can expect your order to be done and to set up a delivery time if needed.  If you are in need of a rush order, contact us directly to get information on receiving a quicker delivery. 

WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT POLICIES?

Once we have received the completed Order Form, we will provide you with an estimate of the items you are ordering. Items are charged a flat fee per item, although additional fees may apply. All packages require a non-refundable $100 deposit that will be deducted from your final total to secure your spot in our design queue. A final balance will be given to accommodate any changes that occurred during the design process and is due due at the time of delivery or before electronic files are sent.
